  Decent food and coffee but always busy. They charge a bit of a premium because they are in demand, food has a Mediterranean Greek / Italian influence by the looks of things and the food quality benefits from that heritage I think. All in all a reliable stop on the North / South route between Hobart & Launceston.

  The service was the worst i have ever come across we waited an eternity for our food when it did come they had forgotten my husbands , which never turned up , we were offered no apology and then had to wait another eternity to actually pay the bill . Says kid friendly defiantly not as we had twins with us who by the end of the whole ordeal were a screaming mess . The staff were rude and extremely arrogant.

  Coffee, sandwiches, pastries and cakes out the front; meeting rooms out the back. A lovely garden to enjoy a midday meal. Great spot for team meetings if your a statewide service in Tasmania...

  Zeps was very busy and they're learning to use a new till. This may explain why the person serving was unhelpful and a little short with me when I came to the till. She did not refer me to the straggly queue and I spent some time standing back from the first till waiting, before the queue became recognizable at the second till. Seems she had abandonned the first till. I too felt a abandonned.

  Really lovely food. (Tasmanian salmon with smashed potatoes and a tasty salad; Arancini balls). Not quick to arrive but very worth it. Friendly service
